Stuck on Eregion!

We are currently experiencing an issue where certain characters unavailable from the character select after visiting the region of Eregion. We are currently working on resolving this issue together with Turbine, and we hope to get to the very bottom of it swiftly.

Meanwhile if you are experiencing this issue please help our investigations by visiting this thread and letting us know which area of Eregion you were in as you logged off (or if you've encountered this while being outside Eregion), your server and your characters name. This will greatly help us in getting to the bottom of the situation.

Stuck Characters – An Important Notice29-Apr-2009In order to ensure that all characters affected by the “unavailable character” issue are fixed properly, we ask that players submit an in-game by midnight, Tuesday 28th April, (GMT+1).

To submit an in-game ticket, enter the game using a different character. Press F7 - > New Ticket or go to help by pressing Escape -> Help -> New Ticket. Please submit stating when it was your character became unavailable.

Please note that any players failing to submit a ticket by the deadline may have to wait longer before their character is completely fixed.
